Notice of termination from your employer along with final contributions.
Processing Time
MEPP will send you a personalized termination option package after we receive your termination notice and final contributions from your employer.
Once we receive your Termination option form (included in your package), your request will be processed in approximately two to three weeks of receipt of all required documentation from both you and your employer(s)
Fees
There are no fees to process a termination of employment
