Transferring in Service
Overview
You may be able to shorten your retirement horizon by transferring service from another pension plan into MEPP.

Requirements
Forms and Documents
Contact us if you're interested in transferring service into MEPP.
If you wish to transfer in service from another pension plan, you will need to submit a completed Pension Portability Information Request form to MEPP.
Processing Time
The transfer will be completed in approximately 30 days of receipt of MEPP, receiving your completed form and any required documents.
MEPP will send you a letter of confirmation once the transfer is finalized.
Fees
There are no fees for the first request. Subsequent requests may incur an administration fee.
