What should you do?
- Never share sensitive information over the phone unless you have confirmed the call is with a verified MEPP number.

You can message MEPP directly through your online account. Your conversation history stays in one protected place, so no more digging through your inbox for that missing email. Plus, secure messaging is more private than email and backed by MEPP’s digital security framework.
Skip the post office and upload documents directly to your account. This means:
- Your personal information goes straight to MEPP.
- No waiting for mail delivery or in-person drop-offs.
- Everything is linked to your account and doesn’t get lost in emails.
If you already have an online account, you can start using secure messaging and document upload immediately. If not, creating one is easy. Visit the Register for your online account page and follow the instructions.
