Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers continue to negotiate towards a new collective agreement. However, during this process, there is potential for a disruption in existing postal services. If a disruption occurs, it may impact mail delivery coming into our office and sent from our office.
If there is a disruption to mail service, MEPP is committed to lessening the impact and continuing to provide you with the same exceptional service by offering alternatives to mail delivery.
You can submit documents and completed forms through your online account. Once you have logged in, following these steps:
1. Click on “My Secure Messages” from the main menu
2. Click on the “New Message” button
3. Write your message
4. Click on the “Choose File” button and select the file(s) you wish to upload
5. Click on the “Send Message” button
We encourage you to set up Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). With Direct Deposit, you can have your payment automatically deposited to your bank account at no extra cost.
