MEPP Members Spoke: Here’s What You Told Us in 2025!
More than 1,000 MEPP members shared their voice in the 2025 Member Survey. This year’s results show a strong foundation of trust and satisfaction, along with clear opportunities for us to improve how we communicate and support you.
Here’s what we learned and what we’re doing next.
2025 MEPP Member Survey Results
In October and November 2025, MEPP invited a representative sample of members to share feedback on their experiences with the plan. Over 1,000 members took the time to respond. We extend a big thank you to those members!
What You Told Us

Member confidence remains high
Across all service areas, members continue to express strong confidence in MEPP. Support is especially high among pre-retirement and retired members, who consistently report felling informed and prepared.
- 88% are satisfied with their customer service experience
- 79% are satisfied with MEPP’s plan administration
- 82% are satisfied with the communications they receive
Members highlighted MEPP staff as one of our greatest strengths and described interactions as helpful, friendly, professional and easy to work with.
Where you want more from us
Your feedback also showed there’s room to grow, especially when it comes to making pension information easier to access and understand. Some of the themes include.
Raise awareness of services currently available to you
- One-to-one meetings, at any career stage, with our financial planners to receive personalized guidance on your MEPP Account;
- Retirement planning education through workshops/webinars
- Member online account, where you can model different retirement scenarios to help you forecast and/or plan your retirement.
- Paperless communication, remains optional but easy to switch.
Enhanced communication
- Clearer, more straightforward explanations of pension details;
- More frequent updates and reminders;
- Easier online navigation and login experiences; and
- Personalized guidance as you approach retirement.
Turning Your Input into Action
We’re already acting on what you told us. Here’s what you can expect in 2025:
- Watch for an enhanced MEPP website with tailored pathways to increase findability of information you need.
- We’re working on targeted messaging, so you get the right information at the right time.
- Process optimization is underway with our staff to create better member journeys with consistent and high-quality service.
